Travel booking not reflecting on your site

I booked a flight on your website and paid via paypal. The booking is not reflecting. I received a confirmation code on your site payment was successful and the booking number is CTD19091107560027. The money has been deducted off my account. However I cannot find the booking. Please investigate?
