Repulse Bay is called “NO.1bay in the world” and it also has the reputation of “Eastern Hawaii”. It is a typical beach in Hong Kong.   Repulse Bay is located in the north of Hong Kong Island and it has a shape of moon. It is near from the sea and mountain and it has gentle slope and long beach. Furthermore, the seawater is clean and the sand is fine. The beach is broad and clean, moreover, the water is shallow and it is cool in summer and warm in winter. The temperature is from 16centigrade to 27centigrade. It is a wonderful resort for Hong Kong people to escape heat and it is also a scenic wonderland for tourists.   Under the tree-lined street which is in the east of Repulse Bay are there many BBQ ovens. So, people can enjoy he delicious barbecue in the wild atmosphere. The teahouse facing the sea is a best place to enjoy sunset and ocean wave.   Next to the Repulse Bay are Changshou Bridge, Wanshou Pavilion, Wanshou Dragon, Shayuxianshou, and Sanyangqitai sculpture. And there is a Qisecihang Light house. It is said that if you go through the Changshou Bridge and touch the Wanshou Dragon, you will live longer happily.
