Overall Satisfaction:

"The Long Corridor was my favorite.": The Summer Palace was worth visiting for its history, stories, splendid architectures and beautiful scenery. There were lots of photo opportunities. The Long Corridor was my favorite, I really enjoyed watching the pictures about Chinese legends there, for example, Journey to the West. It was not a very pleasant experience due to the number of the tourists. Lunch was OK, the tour guide was a nice local guy and he was very hospitality.

Overall Satisfaction:

"Great Experience.": My wife and I had a good experience in Beijing this time. Giant panda in Beijing zoo were cute, but they seemed a little bit sleepy after fed. After lunch, we visited the Summer Palace which was a huge garden, a lot of walk. You’d be better off going to the top of the hill because the views of the lake from the top were stunning. And the Lama Temple was a peaceful place in such a hustle and bustle modern city.

Overall Satisfaction:

"Great Day Out!": Movies or pictures do not do this animal justice. You must see the pandas for yourself. They were cute and well-kept. Summer Palace did not fail to catch my attention with the paintings, sculptures, flowers etc...... Kunming Lake was beautiful and a boat ride was fabulous. I really enjoyed the time when I sit beside the lake and see the sunny water. I think next time I will not in such a hurry. I will take more photos and visit this palace in winter.
