Superb Journey , World Class Experience"

After a long flight from Mumbai to Guangzhou we were tired . But flying CZ to Yiwu , the tiredness went off and we felt very comfortable . the crew was very friendly and smiling . The flight was very clean and tidy . Food was perfect for the short journey . All went smooth and I will surely fly again China Southern . A Salute to the world class airline at very low cost fare

Beijing-Shanghai flight with China Eastern Airlines"

There was bad weather in Beijing on Dec 20,216 (foggy) that many flights have been cancelled or postponed. Lucky that MU5106 depart on schedule and i could arrive safely to Shanghai together with my family!

Excellent on time departure and early arrival, BUT."

Boarding is a bit of a hassle from gate C21 on a cold December morning as it is a bus journey. A long wait on the bus with the doors open and then another long wait in the cold to climb the steps up to the Aircraft. Not so good when you have just arrived from KL (32 degrees to -5) especially for an eighty year old.

Flight good. Food horrible"

The flight was fine. 2 hour delay supposedly due to pollution in Beijing. Food service wasn't good. China Travel Depot failed to actually confirm that the tickets had been bought. A confirmation email would have been nice
