Dear Julia,
Apologies for not responding to you sooner. I have just been back at work. But the yummy food in China still cannot be forgotten. It was a quite suitable trip for a person like me who prefers different food.
Our guide and driver did a great job of getting us to our stops with a good background on those sights and the histories of many delicious food that were along the trip. Please let our guide know how much we liked her. We would highly recommend her again to anyone touring with your company. The Peking Duck I had heard of for a long time before this trip, and this time I enjoyed it, mouth-watering!!! As you can see on TV, it tasted quite unique. Later, the dishes in Chengdu were quite different from that of Beijing, and I felt very spicy, but I can bear it. The dishes of Guangdong were mild, and I enjoyed it quite much. You can go to China to taste these dishes, but you cannot find such a good guide explaining the traditions and origins of name of them. So I highly recommended this tour package to my friends.
Overall the quality of the hotels was superb in Beijing. Anyway the travel was a great and amazing experience because the beautiful of landscapes, delicious food, the good working of our guides and drivers and the commitment and dedication of China Travel Depot to make the tour to China a pleasant and unforgettable experience.
