I have experienced a fair bit of travel lately and have relied on organised tours as being my main source of experiencing a new culture. The service provided by your team has been the best I have experienced and I can't thank all of your team enough. My queries by email have been answered so quickly and were very helpful, I felt very comfortable booking over the Internet.

All of the guides offered interesting information on the sites we visited and were not confined to only answering our questions. First I saw the Yungang Grottoes, which was not only showed us the elegant status, but also the development of culture. During the 3 days, the tour attractions all contained many culture elements, and our guides were knowing quite much about them and gave us a very detailed explaining. By the way, all the guides can speak fluent English. That's great.

All the cars and buses were very clean. The drives were kind and had excellent attitude towards us. All hotels were fabulous could not complain at all, especially in this area.

To be frank I find it very hard to make any suggestions to improve the services of China Travel Depot. You have always been excellent and even any problem has been fixed promptly and superbly. I simply could not imagine using anyone else if organizing a tour like this. I have total faith in you to provide any travel service I need and I am happy to tell anyone at any time how great I think your services are.
