Please know now that I was generally very impressed, and certainly very satisfied with all of the aspects of the private China tour you arranged for me and my sister.

Overall our tour was excellent, we all enjoyed it so much.
The meals were excellent and the restaurants were very nice and impressive. We really enjoyed each of the different meals - we got a lot of variety and excellent cooking as well.

Our guide in Zhangjiajie arranged the meal perfect by phoning before, so no waiting. She also came a few times during the meals to check if everything was OK. Her timing was always good! Judy was really conscientious and she was able to listen to all of our needs. She adapted the day schedule to our needs and we really appreciated everything she did for us. I would recommend her anytime to my friends as a good guide. Her English was not disappointing at all, we understood each other real good! She gave us a lot of information, and she was able to answer most of our questions regarding the country, the history, the people etc.

The service attitude of the driver was great & very helpful. The car was clean and well maintained.

We liked this hotel you arranged for us because it gave the family some more room to sit together. Facility, rooms & breakfast was fine. We could leave our luggage on the last day and take a shower before we left for Zhangjiajie.

I think this trip was a value for the money I spent and I would recommend it to my family and friends for a trip. I have also started to look at some city packages and longer trips for my next vacation since I had such a great experience. My only regret was not taking the rive cruise as well.
