Our trip was well planned and we had a great time. The service provided by China Travel Depot was very good which leaves me with little to say that would improve your service.

Of the places we visited, climbing the Great Wall was awesome and one of the most memorable things I have done. Seeing the enormity of it and then being on it was breathtaking. Riding a bicycle on the wall in Xian and seeing the Terracotta warriors was also outstanding, although going through the Forbidden City and visiting temples was also very memorable. The trip took us to many places in a short time, leaving many other sights to be seen in future trips. Thanks for your help in putting all these things together.

All of our guides are excellent, especially the girl in Beijing. She is courteous and sincere, and has an excellent knowledge of the Beijing. Her command of the English language is good. She showed genuine interests towards her customers. We have a number of older folks in our tour group. I was impressed that she went out of her ways to be helpful to them. She was not pushy but gave us time to work things out and make our decisions. She always consulted us before making any major decision or deviating from the original itinerary. She did a great job in making our time at Beijing enjoyable.

As to meals, all of them are satisfying! My husband really enjoyed the Peking Duck meal. I would say the "Hot Pot" meal in Xian was the most delicious. The hotels were very good and the breakfasts were excellent. Service and rooms were very good.

We would highly recommend China Travel Depot to any of our friends. Even though our custom 28 day tour for 2 seemed expensive when we paid in advance, we felt when we returned that it was well worth it, to have a private guide, private car and driver waiting at our beck and call. We never had to worry about where to eat, or what to do next. The guides did all the hotel check in and made sure our room met our satisfaction before they departed the premises. Not one guide was ever late in meeting us when they said they would. Just amazing. What a great company, staff and service you provide.
