My family and I both really liked Dobbin from Beijing - he was very personable and seemed to really know quite a bit about everything we could want to know about Chengdu. My son was extremely excited about this trip and keeps telling everyone that he saw cute pandas.

Our guide was great and her English superb. We found that others around us, on their own tour, were trying to listen into her explanations as she knew an explained every part in great detail. Sarah answered all our questions well. We laughed as we saw another tour guide being scolded by their employer for not explaining their tour as well as our guide!

All the meals were great and of the highest caliber. We enjoyed the luncheon on the second day best as the food and venue was outstanding. Each meal and venue was unique and had their own remembrances. The service of the driver was excellent and the van, both inside and outside, was kept very clean.
