Dear Luis,

I just wanted to thank you so much for planning such a wonderful trip for Ridley and me in Hangzhou! It really was wonderful in every way. We kept pinching ourselves because we couldn't believe we were actually walking on the so called “ heaven on earth”.

During our stay in Hangzhou, we visited Lingyin Temple, the famous historical and cultural heritages in Hanghzou and tea Plantation at Meijiawu to know the history of this famous Chinese drink.

In a word, Hangzhou is not only famous for its beautiful scenery, but also full of cultural atmosphere, that’s my deep impression about Hangzhou.

Here I want to thank you for going above and beyond when we had problems with the itinerary. Most importantly, it was wonderful for you to make up for the part of the tour we missed when our train was delayed.

Mark and I were so impressed with the kindness of the Chinese people everywhere we went.

All of our tour guides that your company assigned were great and took really good care of us. We really appreciate everything you did to help things run so smoothly.
