Yes, we had a wonderful time in Beijing and think often about it.

Our guide Iris was exceptional in knowledge and flexibility in scheduling. In the hospital, we learned some knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine by listening to the lecture of a TCM professor and watched Taiji and Qigong performance with on-the-spot commentary in English. Also we listened to lesson about herbal diets and how to eat healthily. What I still want to mention is the methods for easing the aging and the authentic Chinese foot massage in this TCM hospital. Truly, the tour gave us a chance to understand traditional Chinese medicine, and it’s very useful in our daily life!

In short, my experience was perfect from start to finish. Thank you!
