Thanks for your thorough following up. We were very pleased with most aspects of our tours throughout Tibet. I would like to first thank Carol, who handled my issue of changing airline tickets when we were in Tibet. you were very quick to contact me with information regarding how to best handle my problems. I received my refund in a timely fashion in Beijing, so all went well.

In terms of the content of the tours, as this was the first trip for most of us, the pace and selection of sights was quite appropriate. We felt that the only place we would not return to is Lhasa, which seemed too commercialized.

I would like to request the names of the tour agencies in each location, with addresses as I would like to send our tour guides thank you letters.
