I am sorry I had not written back in follow-up to your prior email.

In summary we were very happy with the services you provided us throughout our stay in China. The guides in Luoyang were particularly good. The hotels were all very nice and the breakfasts were good as well. The hotel in Luoyang was exceptionally nice.

We would highly recommend your tour agency to others in the future - you were easy to work with, flexible and attentive to our requests. Thank you for your hard work and good service.
