Sorry for not returning your email quickly. Overall, the vacation was enjoyable. The hotel in Shanghai was located close to several places we wanted to visit. Our Guide Wilson was fine. The mix up at the railway station was understandable since we arrived early.

The Hotel in Xian was what I expected. The rooms were large and very up to date with a flat screen TV. The staff was very helpful. We found the guide Libby to be delightful, she was very well informed and we all felt that she was truly interested in our group having a great time. I hope that you will use this hotel again for any other travelers that you might send to Xian. The hotel in Lhasa was average. The rooms were very small and the staff wasn't very helpful. Just my observation.

My friends and I enjoyed the vacation that you developed for us. Thank you so much for your time. I have recommend your company to several people at my workplace who are interested in traveling to China. I hope they will use your company. Feel free to use me as a reference.
