I thought your tour organization was fantastic! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. From the polite and informative email exchanges, to the personal phone call the day before the tour from our guide, to the wonderful and extremely high value content of the tour itself, to our wonderful and personable guide, to the professional driver, and the nice lunch at a fine restaurant.

I thought the meals were generally outstanding and enjoyed getting to taste "real" Chinese food. I thought the quality of the food was very good. However, I would make a couple of suggestion. I think that there should be an English language menu for each member of the tour at each restaurant.
