Every guide was extremely friendly while maintaining their professionalism. What a pleasure to be in their company! Each one always provided us with the perfect amount of information about the sites we saw without getting in the way of our time to absorb what we were seeing. You employ exceptional people.
The cars were all clean. The driving was good; we never had any worries about the driving. The drivers always opened the doors and packed the luggage, they were always well mannered - no problem with the cars or drivers.
