Hi Carol,
I wanted to let you know that our Hangzhou Tour with you went very well.
We would not change anything except perhaps the hotel we stayed there. That hotel was fine for cleanliness but the service was difficult and we had a few problems...but not big problems.
I really enjoyed working with you and appreciate how everything was taken care of for us. We enjoyed the city very much...wow! What an excellent city with so much history and culture.
Thank you also for all your phone calls and your careful attention to us and our trip. We will recommend you and your company to our friends in the future!
