The guides were all knowledgeable and very eager to show us their area. Having a guide from the area that we were in was very helpful. They ensured that we made the best use of our time while we were with them. We were offered the feedback forms in this city. The buses were like new and spotlessly clean. The drivers were courteous and efficient.
