All the guides were EXCELLENT. Their attitude was customer centric, so always ready to please us. They provided detailed historical information and also answered our questions. All four guides were friendly, knowledgeable & ready to please us. They provided good service & performed better than our expectations. They were all very courteous & friendly. All of them made us comfortable from the start. Let me highlight exceptionally helpful things done by each one of them.

All of the cars were clean and supplied water. One of the cars smelled of smoke a little, but nothing that ruined the experience. All of the drivers knew where they were going and got us to our locations quickly and safely.
