Chinese food!! Great experience in the antique hall, drinking Chinese white wine. One sip, it’s like a punch on your stomach. Well it released me when the duck’s served, though can’t tell which part is which. You’re going to try the liver, quite different from foie gras, they are not served chopped, sliced (cause I asked them not to) or with bread and you can tell the shape, but quite tasty. The cook told me the recipe, not their secret one of course, and I think it takes too much (time/process) just for a liver. Believe me, the energy I spend to cook the liver is way more than I get from one. But it’s not bad sitting there, having someone cook for you.
