I went to the polar with my Japanese friends. As they cannot understand Chinese but English we chose this tour. They were quite happy about the arrangement because it was punctual and tine saving as the visit lasts 4 hours only. However we didn’t really want to go to the shopping stop. All in all is was shown on the website and not optional.
