The tour is planned exactly the way I wanted it. I was most impressed with the service of your agent, Tom, in helping me to sort out things whenever there came an emergency. I am very satisfied with the service overall and would certainly recommend your travel agency to my friends and relatives and if I have another such trip to China, I'd be sure to go with your agency again.
