Tibetan New Year is Tibetan people’s traditional festival. The same as the Tibetan Calendar New Year, the Latse Festival is also understood as a part of Tibetan culture. As an important part of Tibetan festivals, Tibetant Opera is often performed during the Shoton Festival, Tibetan New Year and the Ongkor Festival.
