A:There are three kinds of cars you can rent
Car/Limo (1-2 persons), MPV/Mini Van (3-6 persons), Mini Bus//Bus (7+).
Besides, each kind of car owns several brands. For example, Car/Limo in Beijing owns Audi, Red Flag, etc.
Q3: When and where could I meet our guide?
A: If you book the Hotel-Airport (Or Hotel-Train station/Pier) transfer, in the previous evening your guide will call you or leave a phone massage to your hotel to tell the pick-up time next morning. You will meet the guide in the hotel lobby at that time. If you book the Airport-Hotel (Or Train station/Pier-Hotel) transfer, the guide will hold a board with your name on it at the exit of the airport.
Q4: Is the car rented without driver and tour guide?
A: No. All of the cars we offered are both with driver and tour guide. We don't offer the cars rental without driver or tour guide.
Q5: Do I need to pay any extra charge during transferring?
A: You don't need to pay any extra charge. The transfer includes the service of private car with driver, English-speaking guide, expressway fee, etc.

A: Step 1: search and select cars that meet your demands. You can search the cars by destination and types as shown in the web page. You are always welcome to write your specific queries to our professional travel consultants if the listed China Hotels do not suit you well.
Step 2: read carefully the detailed description about the selected cars info rmation. That info rmation will help you to decide whether we offered is what you actually need.
Step 3: reserve the selected Cars by filling out your personal info rmation such as names as shown in the passport, phone number, credit card info rmation etc. Please note that you must sign up to become Member of China Travel Depot before making any reservation order. We strongly recommend that you should reserve Cars at least 7 days prior to you use the car.
Step 4: Review your reservation order with info rmation of what you have reserved, total amount for the cars cost, payment info rmation, terms and conditions etc.
Step 5: Submit your completed reservation order to China Travel Depot under the situation that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions.
Step 6: Receive real-time confirmation and Pay Now/Pay Later to settle the full payment.
Step 7: Receive payment receipt letter from us. Now it is time to pack up for a wonderful holiday in China !

Q8: Whether do I need to pay for the fee of the overtime or over mileage?
A: Yes, you have to pay. The fee charge depends on the cities, the car types and the car lines etc.
We offer car rental services in major cities in China , such as Beijing , Shanghai , Guilin , Xi'an etc. Because of the different city conditions, such as transportation, degree of development, the fee charge is also different.
There are three types of cars, Car/Limo (1-2 persons), MPV/Mini Van (3-6 persons), Mini Bus//Bus (7+), so the overtime or over mileage fees are different.
Car services include urban lines, suburb lines, airport lines and port lines, so the charges are also different.
Beside, because of the high reason and the low reason, some special activities, such as Canton Fair, the fee charges are also different.
Cancellation and Refund

A: If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in writing to cars@ChinaTravelDepot.com by e-mail or +86-10-58158855-8827 by fax. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.
No Cancellation Fees if written cancellation notice is received more than 30 days after we have received your full payment!

No Cancellation Fees even if written cancellation notice is received within 30 days after we have received your full payment on condition that we keep and transfer the full payment to cover the cost of your future booking with us for Activities/China Tours within 12 months. If your future booking in our updated costs would cause a reduction against your full payment, we will not make any refunds.
Refund policy
In this event, we will refund any payment made to us less any cancellation fee , credit card or bank service charge, currency exchange fees that is applicable within 7 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
