Opened in 2004, Xinwen Hotel (Xinwen Dajiudian) has various types of guestrooms including standard rooms, lake view rooms and presidential suites.

There are 12 conference rooms on the fourth floor of the hotel, with capacities ranging from 40 to 300. They feature modern facilities like projectors, stereo systems, simultaneous interpretation facilities etc.

The hotel's restaurant, with a maximum capacity of 200, serves Chaozhou, Shandong and Cantonese cuisines. There are also 19 private rooms available.
