It is a three-star hotel, providing food and drink, rooms for hire, entertainment, recreation and bathing, and places for business comferences. The hotel locates at No.19 Jiefang Road Luoyang, Henan, which is the political, financial, cultural, trade and commercial center fo Luoyang City. It is 11 kilometers from the airport and 1.8 kilometers from the railway station. It is very near to the central site of the Peony Festival---Wangcheng Park, and on the only road to the major tourist attractions and world cultural heritages---Longmen Grotto, the White Horse Temple, the Guanlin Temple, and the grand carriage with horse pits belonging to the emperors.
