It will not be anything new in Miyun district, that visitors could have free WiFi in folk households. From 2014, nearly one third of 90 folk villages in Miyun district Beijing will be in free WiFi coverage.
“Many visitors like sharing photos on internet during traveling. But many folk households are located in mountains and there is no WiFi and internet at all”, said Mr Guo Chengde, the deputy director of Miyun County Tourism. Next year, Miyun county will enhance the tourism facilities and building a wireless LAN is one of the measures.
