1. What’s your general impression on this tour?

Very Good

- The tour is planned exactly the way I wanted it. I was most impressed with the service of your agent, Tom, in helping me to sort out some last minute trip arrangements in terms of transport back to Lijiang and booking an extra night at Lijiang hotel.

2. Is there anything else we can do to perfect our services?

- I would suggest that you do not collect feedback from customers via your local agents as the feedback would have been reviewed by the agents and may result in customers not being upfront in giving their feedback, for fear of upsetting the agents.

- Other than that, I am very happy with the service overall and would certainly recommend your travel agency to my friends and relatives and if i have to do another such trip to China, I'd be sure to sign up with your agency again.
