Sorry for the delay, I was out of country for work, but our experience with your agency was really great! And I wanted to take some time to let you know how happy we were.

Our trip in Hangzhou is wonderful, especially the cruise on the West Lake! The willow waved, the orioles sang, the green and clear water washed the sides of our boat. We also fed the red fishes at the harbor of flowers with bread. It is lovely that all of them swam towards us rapidly to compete for food.

Our guide was really conscientious and she was able to listen to all of our needs. She adapted the day schedule to our needs and we really appreciated everything she did for us. I would recommend her anytime to my friends as a good guide. Her English was great. We understood each other real good! She gave us a lot of information, and she was able to answer most of our questions regarding the country, the history, the people etc.

You were all very professional and we really did appreciate doing our trip with your company. Everything went great and for sure, we will recommend your agency and guide to our friends!! And will ask for your services again when we go back to China!!!
