To let you know we just came from our China tour. It was a wonderful trip. The travel company -- China Travel Depot is an excellent and trustworthy company to go with. The company treated us like royalties, greeted us at each airport, drove us to wine and dines and then put us up in luxury hotels.

The visit to Guilin and the Li River cruise was a highlight for us. We also enjoyed standing in front of the terracotta army and seeing that awe inspiring sight in Xian.

All guides were assertive in giving us information about the sights. Everyone gave us a briefing of the sights as soon as we were picked up at the airport. The one in Beijing made us feel very welcome by greeting us with a scarf used to welcome visitors. He also called us after we checked into the hotel to make sure we were ok and provided us with his cell number in case we needed anything. Our guide in Shanghai has a great personality and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us his cell number in case we needed anything. The guide in Xian presented us with very interesting information and background at each site. she allowed us plenty of time to see the sights. All guides were very willing to take our photograph, so we were able to bring back some nice photos of both us together in China.
