Me and my wife, we are fully satisfied with this trip and services! We have no any complain, everything (hotel, transportation, visiting trips, foods, guides) were well organized!

The meals were very good; we especially liked the meal in Turfan; the service in Urumqi was always good. Most of the restaurants were very good: The one in Urumqi was especially good, as was one in Kashgar.

Each of our guides did wonderful jobs. She gave us great information regarding history, travel, shopping and the sites visited. She was friendly and considerate. We were extremely impressed with ALL the drivers and their cleanliness in their cars. It was very comfortable.
The fact that you had given me a contact numbers of our guides was extremely helpful. I was able to contact them directly and during the time it took them to arrive at the new port each of them contacted us a couple of times to check we were OK and to update us on his arrival time. The one in Lhasa was extremely apologetic and most concerned for us.
