Our trip was well planned and we had a great time. The service provided by China Travel Depot was very good which leaves me with little to say that would improve your service.

Overall, the meals were of very good quality, as well as the environment and the service of the restaurants. We are satisfied with your choice of 5-star hotels. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The décor were attractive. The breakfasts served were great.

With respect to the guides, they were all fantastic. All were very professional, prompt (early even), and had a very good command of English. We were impressed with all of them. Our guide in Beijing in particular stood in. She was always very attentive, making sure that our meals were perfect and looked after before she went to eat herself. She also helped us arrange for a birthday cake for one of our travelers. And she was also very good at keeping things at our pace which we appreciated. All of the drivers, whether in Beijing, Hohhot and Datong, were all exceptional. They were courteous and helpful. They communicated well with the local guides. All the vans were clean and we felt very safe while on board.

In addition to the very positive experience mentioned above, I particularly want to say that we really appreciate how China Travel Depot went out of its way to make our trip memorable, by providing us with “different” send offs times without additional charge (even though this was not in the original plan). I am totally satisfied with the service provided by China Travel Depot. I feel that China Travel Depot is a company that I can trust. They are not just interested in earning our money but did make a genuine effort to ensure that we enjoy our tour. I will be leading another group to China in two year’s time. I shall gladly have China Travel Depot be our tour operator again on that occasion.
