Please know now that I was generally very impressed, and certainly very satisfied with all of the aspects of the Jiuzhaigou tour you arranged for me and my brother.

We enjoyed our guide. She and the driver were on time each day. She greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome to Chengdu. Next morning she allowed us an extra hour to get ready for the tour. We were delighted with her. She gave the right amount of information. No disappointments. We felt comfortable with her. Much like being with a friend. If any of our friends were traveling to China we would definitely recommend your tour company.

All of the meals were top of the line. We were able to find something to eat everywhere. The hotels met our expectations and the breakfasts were very good. We had no complaints about the hotels.

I want to thank you again for bearing with me through all the money problems I had relating to my tour, and my anxieties about being met at the airports, and my transport to the airports. I know I am meticulous about such things. But he dealt with everything perfectly.

I hope to make further China trips with you in the future and, once again, thank you for all your help.
