- Transport is very convenient - the hotel itself was located in the Ju'er Alley in the Nanluoguxiang region, snack and entertainment are all good; walking towards the east for about 10-15 minutes, that is the Subway Line 5 (Beixinqiao Station), in the east of the station, that would be the Gui Street! Overall the room is relatively clean, but the TV is too old!! In addition, there's no lift in the hotel living floor which makes it inconvenient for the heavy baggage takers.

- "We couldn't find mosquito-repellent in the room"
- We couldn't find mosquito-repellent in the room, after asking the customer service for it, we waited for about a half hour and we still didn't get it. There's no choice but to ask again, and unexpectly they said there were no mosquito-repellent in their hotel. At last, the staff seeked for a long time to get one, and they said that was the last one. The bathroom facilities were just so-so, the wash basin was not clean, and there was yellow stain on the sheet, which totally ruined our mood!

- "Quiet"
- Quiet, clean, location is good, but in some rooms the bathroom is not completely isolated. The only complaint was that the attendant repeatedly persuaded me to cancel the booking of eLong, and open a Hanting card to stay at the same price with free breakfast. The eLong should pay more attention to this issue and communicate with the hotel in advance to profit the customers at the maximum.
