Great Hotel, near all Western chains and Varrefour market, great seavipew"

This hotel always a delight, best in Zhuhai..beach across the street...great seavirws. Nearby JoJo Cheng Mall, fuve mins drive has Starbucks, KFC, McD, Pizpza Hit wuth delicious salmon eggs potato breakfast 730-1030 am, and a Starbucjs three blocks walk diwn the riad as well! Delightful, ciean, nice smelling rooms!

Value hotel with great service"

The staff were awesome, especially the indonesian marketing guy name Budi (he looks indonesian) at the lobby always had a clean room everyday and they went out of there way to make sure I was happy. Rooms were spacious and had awesome big windows to view Singapore with. Recommended! Mind you for value of hotel prices.

No money back"

This hotel very bet service she give no money back after i cancel room i order room for 3 weeks and then i read the reviews not good working aircon and no towls for swimming pool i not recommed this hotel.

Excellent hotel 15 minute hike to the beach gets old.."

Nice hotel, very clean, near the beach but no bus or electric car service there oddky! Balcony view of bay, not beach, but large relaxing clean rooms. Beach, once in paid 50 yuan fee per day, take minibus to Souwah nature area fir thatch beach umbrella and best vuews but high waves. Or stay in broad beach area near entrance for swimming and family splashing with the masses! haha PS. rains a lot in summer.. Breakast just chnese food but you can request scrambked eggs etc for a tiny fee.

perfect place to stay..."

Amazing view, perfect place for stay with family and friends group, Rooms are very well thought, detail touches which you find in the villa boosted up our comfort level, thinking that is our getaway home, away from home. We spent four nights at the villa and we went and explore Garuda Wishnu Kencana (GWK) which is only 10 minutes away walking distance from the villa. We went to Jimbaran for night seafood-snacking (12-minute drive), Dreamland beach (15 minute drive), Finns beach club (15-minute drive) and many more. The villa is well situated with Peppito grocery store at the end of the street and staffs that could run my errands every time. Tigadis was such a treat and it had everything inside of it, I did not have to go anywhere to get anything. Even they had the local ibu that can be called down to the villa for a 2-hour relaxing massage which only cost me Rp. 180,000. I can refer the villa for a tranquil-getaway from the hustle-bustle of Jakarta to find great time under the shades reading a book or to just lay on the hammock next to the pool, sipping a glass of cocktail while watching the kids swimming. Loved the villa.

Would avoid this hotel by all means"

the hotel is not very comfortable : hard bed, basic bathroom, everything very dark. Breakfast is very poor (very chinese), no fresh bread, very limited offering, poor coffee. During check out, a small towel was missing in my room, I had no clue. I was accused by the staff of being a thief, a lot of chinese yelling from 6 different people. Unbelievable...

Great Hotel!"

Wonderful treelined lovely brick and glass condo reort villa with gorgeous misty mountain vuews, in room hotspring hot tub, balcony huge, great modern furniture, just excellent 5 starring esort for low price! nearby food street can buy any chinese food or snacks shops, and pretty cheap bathing suits for the ladies! Great place. Stay in the five star BERZEEM in the back, better and more romantic views and rooms. Price similar! About onehour outside Lushan mountain but 3 yuan bus service to downtown on the road then bus station China luxury bus to there another 12 yuan. But who needs Lushan mountain when you can get the ciew from here plus hot springs park use at 118 yuan oer use with hotel stay. Best to pay 20 yuan more fir the room then hot spring oark included! Breakast ok but pickup some Kapioc instant white coffee some 7-11 or Family mart before arriving, hitel coffee rarely good. This brand sold next to Nescafe is dreamy!

*INCREDIBLY* rude management and *VERY* poor service."

Location: 5 Service: 1 Facilities: 2 Cleanliness: 3 "This hotel states that they have English staff, but our experience was that the daytime bellman was the only English speaking staff. On our first night, there were 2 rooms that had their "door open" alarm beeping late into the night. When my wife tried to get someone to fix it (keeping my daughters awake), no one spoke English, and even with Google Translate, they were unwilling to "disturb other guests" to fix the door, or have the people in the room push their door closed. It turns out that the night manager does know how to say "F*ck off" in English, and was yelling it repeatedly at my wife as she was in the lobby trying to find an English speaking staff member to fix the problem. Great location, OK rooms, but *INCREDIBLY* rude management and *VERY* poor service. And no English speaking staff as they have advertised. Also, despite being the first week of beach season, there was no water in the pool."

per chi ama la pulizia"

Albergo carino ed ben curato, economico ma soprattutto molto pulito mia moglie ha una mania per la pulizia ed in questo hotel non si è lamentata anzi era contenta stanze ben pulite ogni giorno, il bagno era davvero pulitissimo. Purtroppo non sempre negli hotel si trova una simile pulizia e cura. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti per il servizio e per il prezzo tutto ottimo davvero
