We did call this with humor; hell hole.. :D Really poor quality hotel, but you get what you need. Breakfast wasnt lovely but you can get stomach full. Room was quite dirty but anyhow there wasnt any...

We stayed in the business rooms. Nothing to complain about. Clean, 5 mins walk to the metro that takes you to downtown Shanghai. Reception speaks enough english to explain where the bank, metro etc...
