本人與太太於Expedia網(wǎng)上訂了15/6/2015晚這間北京法官之家酒店，訂的是標準客房，房價328，預付房租，不含早餐。15/6當天約下午6時，本人與太太到達酒店大堂打算辦理入住手續(xù)，當時櫃枱職員提醒，我們所訂的是無窗房間，問我們會否介意，我們當時有點愕然，並再查詢有否其他有窗房供選擇，職員只表示，這個價錢只是住無窗房間。我們當時向職員表示，無窗房間也可以，因房間內(nèi)有空調(diào)，但職員馬上表示，空調(diào)...

我們一行五個人住了一間三人房以及雙人房的房間。
房間真的很大，而且隔音很好，
可是地毯上有些小髒污，像是無法清潔乾淨索性不予理會。
而且電梯有刷卡限制，樓下前臺也有人24小時在那邊待著，加上旁邊就是法院，晚上也有武警站崗，所以安全性上還不錯。
這時候剛?cè)胱。麄€都讓人覺得還不錯。
可是，第二天雙人房的房間，冷氣開始不會冷。
當天要求要換房，卻無法換。
