Beautiful hotel but cheap in every way! Nice location near to shopping and western breakfast at Coral cafe nearby "Da Jia Le." But miserable to stay there in winter.
Room temp cannot be hot in winter, only 22 c max. athey are too chaep. Rooms very modern but can be quite small.
I arrived at 1 pm, despite 12 pm checkout they insisted no rooms ready. It turned out after vociferous complaints there was an empty room just waiting, lobby staff just clueless 19 year olds.
Swimming pool floor is huge, but pool is tiny! Idiot life guard kept all windows open in winter so pool swimmers can all get colds!
Almost broke a wrist trying to squeeze shampoo out of pool shower, changing room the size of a small closet, no sauna or steam bath, forget it!
