2Itinerary
- Our tour guide will pick you up at selected downtown hotel around 8:00 AM.
- A 2.5 hours high way drive will take you to the city of Hangzhou. It is a city rich with history and culture, spanning back over 2000 years. It made a name for itself in the sixth century, when the Grand Canal opened up and linked the area to other centers of trade. The Song Dynasty helped to make Hang Zhou famous when the imperial family moved there in the 12th Century. With its inviting views and outstanding scenery, the area soon became popular with numerous artists, poets and painters seeking inspiration in this little bit of "paradise".
- You will first cruise across the West Lake to view unforgettable sceneries such as the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, the Bai and Su Causeways, and Solitary Hill. The boat ride starts at the Fish & Flower Harbor and ends up by the Shangri-la Hotel or reverse.
- Then you will have a traditional Chinese lunch at a local restaurant.
- After lunch, you will also visit Guo's Villa. That is the best existing traditional private garden in Hang Zhou.
- Dragon Well Tea, also known as Longjing Tea, is famous throughout China, so you will be guided to the Meijiawu Tea Plantation, to discover the history of Chinese tea and the tea ceremony.
- Before turning back to Shanghai, your bus will stop at the Qiantang River. That is known for the world's largest tidal bore, which is up to 9 meters (30 ft) high, and travels at up to 40 km per hour. From here, you could also overlook the Six Harmonies Pagoda.
- Around 6:00 PM, you will come back to hotel to end the trip.

- "A great experience."
- West Lake, this attraction is the reason to go to Hangzhou. We travelled across the lake, a great experience. We believed that riding bikes was also a good choice because you can do exercise and sightseeing at the same time. Highly recommended to those who want to get relaxed and close to nature. Guo Garden Villa is a traditional and typical Chinese architecture, but different from the imperial garden in Beijing.

- "Beautiful Story, Beatiful Scenery."
- The Boat ride was very pleasant. Luckily, all the lotus was blossoming when we visited Xihu. Our guide told me a Chinese traditional love story between a snake and a young guy. Such a beautiful story could only happen there! I enjoyed drinking Chinese teas, so I bought several of them back to America. Our driver is good, you know, the traffic in China is crazy. I think next time we can have more time in Hangzhou.

- "Heaven on earth."
- It is said that Hangzhou is the heaven on earth. So, I decided to do a tour in this beautiful city, which was more than I expected. I enjoyed the romantic love story on the west lake. The food was good. So was the tour guide. He was interesting and knowledgeable enough to answer various questions from us. Thanks, I will and already recommend your company to anyone who wants to travel in China.
