Temple of Six Banyan Trees
The Temple of the Six Banyan Trees located in is in Guangzhou, southern China. it is an ancient Buddhist temple originally built in 537 in the Liang Dynasty.
There are several buildings inside the temple. The tall pagoda itself is the main architectural attraction. It is painted yellow and red, the whole pagoda looks like a flower. As long as you step into the top floor, whole view of Guangzhou will be under your eyes. In the first hall there is a smiling Laughing Buddha. The main hall is called Daxiong Baodian, containing three Buddhas that are made of copper. There are Amitabha Buddha, Sakyamuni Buddha and another Buddha.
