- "Not a 4 star hotel by any means"
- This hotel is not too far from the Jiuzhaigou main entrance, a leisure walk of about 15 minutes on a well paved road is all one needs to arrive at the front entrance. The hotel service is reasonable similar to most Chinese hotels which are not very accommodating. The hotel amenities such as air conditioning does not exist during the month that we were there. The temperature was a bit warm and the room was warm even though our room is on the second of three floors. When we phoned the front desk to ask for them to fix the air conditioning unit. They immediately sent their hotel maintenance folks to our room and explained that the hotel policy is not to turn the central air conditioning on during certain times of the year and June is one of those time. The maintenance person was polite but he was not able to do anything to help us, except to request us to open the window. The noise from the street was somewhat annoying as a result. Therefore this hotel should not be rated a 4-star. It is between a 2 and no more than a 3-star hotel. I would not advice those of us who are used to stay at real 4 star hotel to choose this one. Definitely I will not stay here again if I do come to visit Jiuzhaigou. I do not recommend this hotel.

Bon h?tel confortable et propre mais le personnel ne parle pas anglais, le petit déjeuner est exclusivement chinois et l'établissement n'accepte pas les CB (sauf Union Pay).

九寨溝観光のため、二泊しました。部屋はきれいでした。
レストランをディナーで二回利用しました。スタッフみな親切でした。頼んだことはすぐにてきぱきとやってくれていたので好感がもてました。とくに日本語(yǔ)勉強(qiáng)中という女性のスタッフがよくしてくれました。食事はおいしかったです。また提供も早いです。
３品のおかずとスープ、チャーハンを頼んで２００元はしなかったと思います。ご飯は無料らしいです...
